"There is a river running beneath everything alive — the erotic current that animates the world. It hums in the cells of our skin, in the ache of longing, in the quiet pleasure of sunlight on bare shoulders. Feminine sensuality is not decoration; it is the architecture of life itself." -Allison N. Fischer
Eros is what is left when you strip yourself of all that you are not, take down the curtain, release the performance, and anchor into the presence.
Eros is the pulse that stirs your desires and creates from a place of joy, turn on, and play.
While living in a world of constant dopamine hits, external “solutions”, and extreme disconnect, we are deeply exhausted, undernourished, and depleted.
As women, we need to play, to create, and to experience our pleasure.
These things fill our souls and remind us of our innocence and our power.
I created this course to help us tend to our erotic and creative fires.
This is a place for you to explore your erotic energy, gain confidence, claim your sexuality, and feel your own aliveness.
You will receive one creative practice and a pleasure ritual each week, over the course of 6 weeks.
I broke it up this way so that we may move slow and take time to play and integrate.
Each practice will include an approximate 10-minute-long MP3 recording that will focus on different parts of the body. We will view art from around the world that has been perceived as sexual or erotic, and I will challenge you to create your own art through photography (your phone camera works just fine).
Some weeks will also include a separate audio of a self-pleasuring ritual and/or touch/message practice.

In accepting the challenges, you will use your creativity and pleasure to rewire your beliefs and views around your own body and sexuality while igniting and playing with your erotic energy.
This is an online workshop, which means you will explore this energy in the safety of your own home.
Each week will include the following;
Art, Pleasure, Play
and the space to be real, raw, wild, free, daring, authentic, and erotic.
Come...be alive with me.
