Womb Care
Tending to your womb is one of the most sacred and nourishing acts you can give yourself. The womb holds the mystery, the memories, and the keys to opening into your true essence. Bringing the womb into a balanced, alive, nourished state of being requires your attention and love. She is ready to show you the way. ​​

Rooted in the sacred healing traditions of Central America, Mayan abdominal massage is a deeply intuitive, hands-on practice that honors the body as a vessel of creation, transformation, and return. This work helps to relieve tension in the core, and restore balance to digestion and reproductive health. It also helps to optimize, move and improve your energy/chi, blood, nerve, & lymphatic flows within the belly and body as it tends to spirit.
This work is more than technique—it is lineage and connects directly through Don Elijo Rosita Arvigo’s teacher and his living family. It is a synergy of traditional sobada, spiritual healing, and grounded anatomical understanding that helps restore flow, release trauma, and support the body’s innate wisdom.
What to expect

In this space, either in person or via zoom we will begin with holding space for what is coming up and the reasons abdominal work is calling you.
We will then move into opening space for the work, which can include setting intentions, talking about the wisdom of the womb and our bodies, and how we can best support her.

We will then move into dropping in and centering. If in person, I will have a yoni steam prepared that you will now comfort yourself on. If done via Zoom, I will walk you through the process for you to enjoy in the comfort of your home (you do not need a yoni steam chair to do this. We will talk through how to create a space using items in your home.)
Once comfortable, I will guide you in some breathing exercises that will help to open the pelvic bowl, circulate chi, and allow blood flow. Following the breath work, I will guide you in a short meditation to tune in and connect your heart and womb space.

Then we will move on to the teaching of the message that you will perform yourself with my support.
This will allow you to feel into your abdominal space and pelvic floor, connecting with the tissues and organs, while noticing the many sensations and changes that can take place beneath your fingers.
This is a way of learning how to heal yourself. Moving forward with the understanding that you are your own healer and have the power to bring into balance that which is asking for your attention.
We wrap up the message teaching and end with herbal tea while sitting wrapped in a castor oil pack and heating pad on your womb-space to further nourish and help you release toxins in the body.

Before closing the space, we will talk about anything that may have come up and allow for integration.
